S/4HANA 1809 Fiori Add-On Installation using SUM tool

We have executed combined SWPM+SUM , and SWPM extracted the SUM files under /usr/sap/S4H/SUM. 

You should directly open the below SUM URL in browser 

https://serv.suse:1129/lmsl/sumabap/S4H/doc/sluigui

Enter s4hadm / password

When we use the Combined SWPM+SUM procedure, SUM is started automatically bypassing many phases and prompts. 

The Number of processes for Batch, R3trans are set to 1-uptime/3-downtime and R3load are set to 4/4. 

In order to have the installation take advantage of hardware CPU and save time, as soon as you get the first screen of SUM please do as below ans save the changes

Enter DDIC and SYSTEM password



Click Next











Click Next



Click Next



Click Next to lock the development

Take backup and click next



Click next to enter into execution phase



Take full backup and click next



Click next for End of Downtime



Click next to finish the post processing phase



SUM upgrade completed successfully

Check the Production version

Check and implement "SAP Note 2659828 - SAP S/4HANA 1809 Feature Package Stack 00: Additional Release Information" if applicable.
